Yes, we are fully insured with $2M+ in liability coverage and provide COIs upon request. We meet the requirements of major corporate venues, hotels, convention centers, and private estates throughout Southern California.

For large-scale corporate galas and tented events, we recommend booking 3-6 months in advance to ensure availability of premium structures and equipment. Executive retreats and smaller events can often be accommodated with 4-8 weeks notice, depending on scope and season.
